Anti-Bullying Starts Early

At Little Elites, we believe that teaching respect and empathy can start as early as 3 years old. Our sessions include easy-to-understand discussions and interactive exercises that show kids how to work as a team, treat others kindly, and stand up to bullying in positive ways.

Little Elites Health and Wellness Program

Little Elites is a unique program designed to help children develop proper running form early so that poor habits don't become ingrained years before they may decide to pursue athletics. Through our sessions, kids learn how to be fiercely competitive while understanding that not everything is a competition. Our program emphasizes that you can win with dignity and that a loss is an opportunity for growth—an essential lesson that includes congratulating the winner.

All sessions are 30 minutes long, packed with activities focused on developing strong movement foundations, positive social interactions, and resilience.

The Little Elites program goes beyond physical fitness by teaching children life skills and resilience:

  • Proper Running Form: Establishing good habits early to prevent ingrained poor habits that can limit future athletic success.

  • Social and Emotional Learning: Lessons on winning with grace, learning from losses, and understanding that everything isn’t a competition.

  • Ages and Stage-Based Learning: Age-appropriate group sizes and trainer ratios ensure that each child receives focused, high-quality guidance.

This structured approach makes Little Elites both accessible and effective for children and provides flexible options for both parents and childcare centers to incorporate this unique program into their routines.

PARENTS

1. Individual Payment (Parents)

  • Ideal for parents who want to enroll individual children in the program.

  • Session Duration: All sessions are 30 minutes.

  • Neighborhood Pods: Parents can organize their own small neighborhood groups ("pods") where Little Elites trainers will come directly to their community to train small groups. Pricing for pods is listed below.

  • Neighborhood Pod Rate: Minimum of 4 children per pod, with a flat fee of $65 per session for the group.

  • Sibling Discount: 10% off for each additional sibling enrolled.

CHILDCARE CENTERS & SCHOOLS

2. Group Payment (Childcare Centers)

  • This option allows childcare centers to pay a discounted group rate. Centers can offer Little Elites as part of their program or charge parents directly.

  • Discount Structure: Group rates are discounted by 20% to 30% to allow centers to mark up as desired.

  • Group Size Requirement: Minimum group sizes apply to ensure the trainer-to-student ratios.

  • Program Flexibility: Centers can adjust frequency and schedule as needed.

SPECIAL EVENTS & BIRTHDAYS

3. Birthday & Special Events Packages

  • Make birthdays or any event fun and active! Little Elites offers birthday/Event packages for groups of up to 15 children. These packages include:

  • A 90-minute session of fun, competitive games and running form basics.
  • Positive social skills coaching focused on sportsmanship and teamwork.
  • This session will be less about drills and more about fun and excitement.  Our core principles will always be taught in some capacity; however, the focus here will be FUN!!!

  • Cost: $199 per session for up to 15 kids. Additional children can be included for $8 per child.
