WHY DO WE TEACH ANTI-BULLYING
Bullying is an international pandemic. Affecting a wide variety of people across all races and nationalities.
The Special Needs Population is bullied at 3 times the rate of the mainstream population.
These athletes are natural leaders, and their behaviors are more often emulated than anyone else in their school.
Bullying is a Gateway Behavior
Studies show that a child who is bullying at the age of 8 is 400% more likely to be a criminal by the age of 30.
- 65% of all bullying victims never report it.
- 85% of the time, bullying doesn’t happen in front of the people trained to address it.
- 75% of all school shooters are victims of bullying.
Anti-Bullying Starts Early
At Little Elites, we believe in the power of prevention. Teaching respect, kindness, and empathy can start as early as 3 years old. These foundational lessons create a ripple effect that not only benefits children individually but also builds stronger, healthier communities.
Our sessions include easy-to-understand discussions and interactive exercises that encourage children to:
Work as a team: Learning cooperation through fun, group-based activities.
Treat others kindly: Understanding the importance of inclusion, respect, and empathy.
Stand up to bullying: Teaching age-appropriate strategies to address bullying in a positive and effective manner.
Why Start Early?
Research shows that early education in empathy and respect can:
Foster lifelong habits of kindness: Early intervention helps children develop emotional intelligence and empathy as second nature.
Prevent bullying behaviors from forming: By teaching children what bullying looks like and why it’s harmful, they are less likely to exhibit these behaviors themselves.
- Empower kids to be upstanders, not bystanders: Giving children the tools to stand up for themselves and others builds confidence and a sense of responsibility.
Children learn best through experiences and role-play, which is why our programs integrate interactive scenarios to help them apply what they learn in real-life situations.

Our Approach to Anti-Bullying
Interactive Learning:
Through games, role-playing scenarios, and storytelling, we teach children the importance of treating others with respect and standing up against bullying.
Parent Involvement:
We encourage parents to continue the conversation at home with resources and tips provided during our sessions.
Consistent Reinforcement:
Repetition is key! Each session builds on previous lessons to reinforce positive behaviors.
Real-Life Scenarios
We provide children with practical tools they can use in everyday situations:
How to include someone who is feeling left out.
How to respond to teasing or name-calling.
How to ask an adult for help when they see someone being bullied.
These lessons empower children to become active participants in creating a bully-free environment wherever they go.
